North Wake Commercial Realty and Monteith Enterprises Join Forces
Wake Forest N.C. – North Wake Commercial Realty and Monteith Enterprises of Wake Forest have joined their operations to provide full service commercial real estate brokerage services. North Wake Commercial Realty will become the exclusive commercial land sales brokerage for Ammons Development Group’s Heritage Wake Forest planned community. North Wake Commercial maintains an extensive property listing portfolio of commercial properties for sale and/or lease in Wake, Franklin, and surrounding counties. Dick Monteith, Owner of Monteith Enterprises, will join North Wake’s brokerage staff in their Wake Forest office. Monteith, former Mayor of Wake Forest and a well-established land broker, will lead North Wake’s Heritage marketing and sales efforts. Roger Scott, Owner and Managing Broker of North Wake, will continue as the Managing Broker focusing on commercial brokerage services to small and medium sized developers of commercial properties in the Triangle area.  Heritage Wake Forest is a planned community of affordable housing with high-end amenities including an 18-hole championship golf course, baseball and soccer athletic facilities, extensive green space, and a community sportsplex known as the Factory.
