Biography

Roger is a business professional with over 30 years experience as an executive in high technology and government businesses and is the owner of North Wake Commercial Realty. His focus at North Wake Commercial is working with property and business owners, large and small, to support their real estate brokerage needs. Roger's focus is in the towns of Wake Forest, Rolesville, Youngsville and Louisburg and northern and eastern Wake County. His services are available for the entire State of North Carolina, in particular the greater Research Triangle area, including all of Wake and surrounding counties and the cities of Raleigh, Cary, and Durham. Roger, his wife Peggy reside in northern Wake County just outside of Wake Forest. Roger and his family attend St. John's Episcopical Church in Wake Forest, participate in community events, volunteer with the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, and enjoy the relaxed life style afforded by the Triangle Area.

David brings a unique perspective and experience to North Wake Commercial.  He is an entrepreneur with many years of experience as a small business owner and business developer. His primary focus is land search, representing businesses with site selection, and tenant representation.  David is a native of North Carolina living and working in the Wake Forest area for the past 19 years.  He joins North Wake Commercial after successfully working in the local residential market with Keller Williams Realty.  David is involved in the community and is a leader in his local church.
