Janet Conway Rose has been immersed in the design and construction profession for 35 years, working extensively throughout North Carolina, and on special consulting projects in Virginia, New York, Chicago, Colorado and Florida. Projects have included residential, commercial, and industrial categories – involving new construction, renovation, historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and development.

Her comprehensive background created a gateway for becoming a residential and commercial real estate broker fourteen years ago, most recently with North Wake Commercial Realty, LLC., as President and Managing Broker.

Janet has enjoyed living in Wake Forest since 1986, helping to develop and facilitate community programs for our schools, businesses, cultural & performing arts, and supporting charitable organizations.

LEAH FLACH

COMMERCIAL ADVISOR

Leah is an experienced real estate agent, with more than 13 years in the real estate industry. Before joining North Wake Commercial, Leah was an active broker with Fonville Morisey, where she provided an array of real estate brokerage services to clients to buy, sell, or lease properties. Prior to her real estate career, she spent over 13 years as an international flight attendant, specializing as a bilingual crew member.

Leah is a people-person with a passion to provide first-class professional service and honest advice to clients. As a commercial broker advisor with North Wake Commercial, she actively participates in industry associations/conferences to partner with property owners and fellow brokers to extend the reach of North Wake Commercial in the region.

She is active in the Wake Forest Rotary Club, where she serves on several committees and projects. She has served as the Club’s International Committee Chair, on the District Committee Youth Exchange Program, and assists with fundraising activities. Additionally, she is a graduate of the Rotary Leadership Institute, which qualifies her for many leadership positions within the Rotary organization.
